INTRODUCTION

At Eyesight Productions, we love to provide an entertaining and creative place to view all of our ongoing film work. This website allows us to reach more users and share our passion with the world, which is one of our goals as a small growing production company. However, one of other top priorities is keeping all of our online users safe every time they visit. We believe in maintaining a transparent image for all to see, open communication with data and aligning everything we do to guarantee that every user has a safe online experience.

DATA COLLECTION

In a digital-first world, information is everything. We collect and store any data that is provided through the contact form feature on this website - the purpose of this is so we can respond to your message with a relevant answer. If you have messaged us, it is seen as an act of interest.

Wix, our CMS platform, collects the field information inputted into the form. This includes your name and email address is compulsory, then any additional fields completed like your phone number or request. We store your information securely using Wix and delete old data regularly. Often our contact form is used for opportunities, potential casting, or questions and we treat every message equally and safely.

EMAIL MARKETING

From time to time, we love to reach out to people who enjoy our work with emails. These may include details of an upcoming project or some exclusive news. You may receive one and wonder why it was sent to you. We only send emails to users who have signed up onto our Newsletter, got in touch and remain in our system or asked to start receiving emails. You, as a user, can un-subscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the relevant link at the bottom of any email we have sent you. However, if you're sure that you never engaged with anything in regard to Eyesight Productions and received an email then please get in contact, as there may be a misunderstanding or mistake happening.

REQUEST DATA FROM US

Interested in seeing what data we have stored on you? Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) we are required to have a procedure in place allowing any user to request and view data stored on them. If you would like to see anything we have about you, please let us know and within 7 days we will send you an email with the result. Please understand that 7 days is the absolute maximum and you most likely will receive your information within 48 hours - upon seeing the request.

EXTERNAL LINKING

We love linking to external websites and when we do, it is in our great interest to make sure the site is safe. However, please note that when you leave this website you are no longer protected under our Privacy Policy and must follow the relevant policy for that website. If any issue happens after you have left our website, we cannot accept responsibility but if you (as a user) notice anything suspicious about an external link on any page/blog, let us know and we'll happily investigate.

IMAGES/VIDEO

Images are just great, aren't they? And we are very happy to announce that every image and video on this website is either in our right to use or taken/filmed by us. We frown upon the misuse of copyrighted material, being a film production company we see it as unfair. If you notice any image or video which you suspect may have been misused by accident, please let us know and we will look into it immediately. We at Eyesight Productions take the use of image and video to its rightful owner very seriously.

TRACKING

We use Wix Analytics to track the performance of our website; which allows us to see the number of visitors browsing, activity undertook by each visitor, and any interactions but also anonymously. To give this insight, Cookies are used on our website - which is something you may be familiar with already...not the food! 🍪
